HonestlyAI is a personal AI agent that runs 24/7. You describe what you need, your agent learns your style, and it handles tasks while you focus on what matters. No coding. No prompts. Just "handle my DMs" or "make me a logo" and it's done.
How do I connect my Telegram bot? +
After payment, you'll get a link to Marcus. Send him your bot token (from @BotFather) and he'll connect it instantly. Your agent will then respond in your private bot forever.
What happens if my agent goes offline? +
Your agent runs in an isolated container on our infrastructure. If it ever stops, our monitoring detects it within 2 minutes and restarts it automatically. You'll get a Telegram notification if we need you.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Cancel from your Account page or ask Marcus to cancel. Your agent stays live until the end of your billing period. No hard feelings.
What's the difference between tiers? +
Starter ($29) = your agent, unlimited chat, code help, writing. Pro ($69) = + unlimited AI images. Premium ($99) = + AI videos + voice generation. Cofounder ($149) = + social media automation across platforms.
Is my data safe? +
Your chat history is encrypted at rest and purged after 90 days. We don't sell your data. Your bot token and credentials are stored in a hardware-isolated vault. See our

I paid but my agent isn't responding. +
First: make sure you sent your bot token to Marcus. Second: check that your bot is set to "Allow Groups" if you're in a group. If still stuck, open a ticket below with your email — we'll fix it within 10 minutes.
Can I get a refund? +
Within 14 days of your first payment, if your agent hasn't generated value for you, we'll refund you no questions asked. After 14 days, we handle refunds case-by-case. Just ask.
