Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) supplements our Terms of Service and defines prohibited activities on the HonestlyAI platform.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, store, or distribute:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized content involving minors
Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn")
Content promoting terrorism, violence, or self-harm
Hate speech, harassment, or targeted abuse of individuals or groups
Malware, exploits, or instructions for illegal hacking
Fraudulent or deceptive content (deepfake scams, impersonation for harm)
Content violating any applicable law in your jurisdiction

2. Prohibited Activities

Reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempting to access other users' agents
Overloading our systems with excessive requests (DDoS, API abuse)
Using the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk harassment
Credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, or unauthorized access attempts
Reselling account access or sharing credentials with non-subscribers
Circumventing rate limits, content filters, or tier restrictions

3. AI Content Guidelines

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated outputs before publication.
AI-generated content may be watermarked or flagged by third-party platforms.
We reserve the right to scan outputs for compliance with this AUP.
Repeated attempts to generate prohibited content will result in immediate termination.

4. Reporting Violations

Report abuse to [email protected]. We investigate all reports within 24 hours.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in: content removal, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, and referral to law enforcement where required by law. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.
